1. Who we are

This website ("Luxe Dolls") is operated by S.i.n. Firenze Di Andrea D'Ambrosa, a sole proprietorship registered in Italy, Viale F. Petrarca 44/r, Firenze, FI, 50122, Italia. Partita IVA 01421240522, REA 642045. Contact: hello@luxedolls.eu.

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Age restriction

Our products are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to browse the catalogue and to order. We may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot reasonably be assumed.

3. Products and descriptions

Each doll is a hand-finished artisan product. Photographs, wigs, make-up and skin tones are indicative: minor variations in shade, seams and finishing are normal and do not constitute a defect. Specifications (height, weight, material, skeleton) are given with reasonable tolerance.

4. Orders and contract formation

An order placed through the cart is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or in your account. We may decline an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions in your country.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and include applicable Italian VAT unless stated otherwise. Duties or import taxes outside the EU are borne by the customer.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout (card, bank transfer, instalments, crypto or cash on delivery where offered). For bank transfer, production or dispatch begins once funds are received. Your order shows a live payment status and delivery status in your account.

6. Delivery

All parcels ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Delivery options and costs (standard, express, white-glove or pickup) are chosen at checkout. Estimated lead times are indicative and not binding dates; risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care items whose seal has been broken, used or customised (bespoke faces, tattoos, made-to-order bodies) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU consumer law.

To exercise withdrawal, contact us before returning anything. Products must be unused, complete and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

8. Legal warranty

Products benefit from the statutory 2-year conformity warranty under Italian and EU law. It does not cover normal wear, staining from clothing or dyes, damage from improper posing beyond the skeleton's range, heat, solvents, or failure to follow our care instructions.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful content, scraping, automated ordering, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other customers' data or our admin areas. Our texts, photographs and designs are protected and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Support chat and communications

Conversations with our consultant (AI or human) are stored so we can follow up on your request. Do not share payment card details or passwords in chat. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing and our Cookie Policy for cookies and consent.

11. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" and "our" mean S.i.n. Firenze Di Andrea D'Ambrosa, trading as Luxe Dolls. "Site" means this website and all of its pages. "You", "customer" and "user" mean any person browsing the Site or placing an order. "Products" mean the dolls, accessories and upgrades offered on the Site. "Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted through the checkout.

12. Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, layout and code — remains our property or that of our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

13. Restrictions

When using the Site you must not:

• copy, republish, sell, rent or sub-licence any part of the Site or its content;
• reproduce, duplicate or redistribute Site material for commercial purposes;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Site;
• use automated tools to scrape, crawl or place orders without our written consent;
• use the Site in a way that damages it, impairs its availability or breaches applicable law;
• use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising, malware or unlawful material.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owner and its suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your misuse of the Products.

15. Your suggestions

Any feedback, idea, suggestion or proposal you send us about the Site or our Products is provided free of any obligation on our side. We may use it without restriction and without compensation, and it will not be treated as confidential.

16. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as courier tracking pages, payment providers or browser help pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

18. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
