Our story
My name is Andrea D'Ambrosa. I started this business in Florence after years of working with props, wigs and make-up for theatre and film — trades where a face either looks alive or it does not, and where the difference is always in the finishing.
The first doll I bought for myself arrived badly packed, with a wig glued on crooked and no paperwork at all. Nobody answered my emails. That experience is the reason Luxe Dolls exists: I wanted a shop where every model is checked by hand before it leaves, where the invoice, warranty and return conditions are in the box, and where a real person replies when something goes wrong.
Today I work with a small team from our workshop on Viale F. Petrarca. We photograph each doll before dispatch, pack the crate ourselves and answer customer emails personally in English and Italian. It is a small operation on purpose — I would rather send fifty dolls a month that I have inspected than five hundred I have never seen.

How we work
Orders are confirmed by email, prepared by the manufacturer or from our stock, then handed to an insured courier. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse and can follow every status change on our order tracking page.
All shipments arrive in neutral outer packaging with no reference to the contents on the label.
Your rights
We sell under Italian and EU consumer law. You benefit from the statutory legal warranty of conformity and, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal described in our Return & Refund Policy. Hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed are excluded, as permitted by EU law.
